A Day with Pooch

After what seems like months of rain, the sun shone for our daytrip to The Cotswolds to visit our dear friend Pooch Horsburgh

With a suitcase of clothes and perfect Pooch to dress up in them.

We had a rather lovely day...

Pooch has been involved in the food industry in one way or another for over 20 years. For the past decade or more this has been mainly based in food media. Working as a TV food producer on shows ranging from BAFTA nominated Great British Bake Off to River Cottage. She has been an invaluable behind the scenes right hand women to countless chefs, both for TV work and also on cookbooks.

Pooch now divides her time between being a home economist for cookery shows, helping to write cookbooks and food styling to big name brands and chefs.

Pooch lives in the Cotswolds with her husband Jason and son Alfie.
